The California Highway Patrol issued an Amber Alert Sunday for Briant Rodriguez. The young boy was kidnapped by two men armed with handguns. Witnesses estimated one man to be about 18, the other around 24 years old. The men broke into Briant's family home in San Bernardino, tied up his mother and four other siblings. Briant is described as a Hispanic boy, 3 feet tall, weighing about 40 lbs. He was last seen wearing a yellow shirt, blue-striped shorts, and black sandals.Tuesday, May 5, 2009
